The Design
The Sanda by Merchant & Mills is an oversized coat or jacket with a rolled collar and turn back cuffs. The coat has inseam pockets and the jacket has patch pockets. You can make it either lined or unlined.
All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.
Recommended Fabrics
Dry oilskin, oilskin, linen, 7-12oz denim, wool, corduroy, cotton twill or canvas. A heavier weight cloth with result in a more structured coat.
For linings use a barrier lining if using an oilskin; otherwise use cotton voile, lightweight linen, cotton poplin, lightweight wool and slip linings.

Intermediate.

6-18 (UK); 18-28 (UK)
Merchant & Mills recommends that if you're a curvier size 18 selecting the 18-28 option.
